The Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is your home’s equivalent of an MOT. It provides a detailed assessment of your home’s electrics.

Some EICR issues are obvious but many are out of sight and can only be found by an electrician using the right equipment. Once any faults are repaired and all checks are complete and satisfactory, a certificate is issued. It’s recommended that all homes renew their EICR’s every 5 years providing home-owners and landlords with assurance that your electrics are in safe condition.
